SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time for all order can take up to 4-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). processing time will vary, depending on holidays, restocks, launches, and promotions. After shipped, you may receive your order within 1-3 business days. All delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed!

Please keep in mind that we can not cancel or change any orders after your order has been placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment details and tracking number. Please be sure that you are entering the correct email and full address (apartment, lot, or house number), at checkout. Failure to do so could cause a delay in shipping your order.

all orders are shipped via usps. PLease note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipment after received by /in the care of the courier. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact usps. 

If your tracking update says "Delivered" and you have not received your package, you must file a claim with usps and/or contact your local authorities. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

We understand how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. However, I do ask for your patience as covid-19 may delay shipments.
